Who We Are

This website (nsolidus.com) is operated by nSolidus. As the data controller, nSolidus processes your personal data within the framework described below, in line with applicable data protection legislation (including Turkish KVKK and, where applicable, GDPR).

What Data We Collect

When you submit the contact form we store: your name, email address, company name (optional) and your message.

For security and abuse prevention, the IP address and browser information (user-agent) of the submission are also recorded.

This site uses no cookies and no third-party analytics or advertising tools. All resources, including fonts, are served from our own server; your visit is not shared with third parties.

Why We Process Your Data

Data submitted through the contact form is processed solely to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and manage our communication, based on legitimate interest and the performance of your request.

Your data is never used for marketing, sold or rented to third parties.

Where Your Data Is Stored and Who It Is Shared With

Form submissions are stored in a database under our own control.

So that we are notified of your request immediately, a copy of your message is forwarded to the corporate messaging service we use for notifications (Slack Technologies). Its servers may be located abroad; the forwarded content is limited to your form message.

Beyond this, your data is not shared with any third party, except where required by law (e.g. a court order).

Retention

Contact records are kept for a maximum of 2 years after our communication ends, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction, and object to results arising solely from automated analysis.

To exercise these rights, contact us via the contact form or our social channels; requests are answered within 30 days at the latest.
